Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 10 days of receiving your order. All you have to do is contact us at libera.artgallery@gmail.com with some photos and your order number and we will arrange this for you.

If you would like to cancel your order, this may be possible by contacting us at libera.artgallery@gmail.com before the production of the item has started.

Every art piece/print is specially made to order for you, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges and returns. Please be sure to read the description and any size information provided carefully before ordering.
