Shipping policy

The overall delivery times, including production and shipping are.

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days.

United States: 3-5 business days.

Europe: 5-7 Business days.

Australia: 5-7 Business days.

Rest of the world: 10-15 Buisiness days.

Every order includes tracking. This information will be sent to your email once it ships.

Production time for your order takes 3 to 6 working days.

- Once your item ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. It is important that you keep an eye on your tracking (especially for international orders).

 -  In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive your parcel, please contact your postal service (you can see which service was used on your shipping notification) with the tracking number (also shown in your shipping notification) and ask them about this first. There's a big chance your parcel is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can't find it, contact us at libera.artgallery@gmail.com to see if there's anything else that can be done on our side.

- It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. liberaart.com  will not be responsible for any orders lost in mail do to incorrect or incomplete address. You can edit your address before your order ships by contacting us at libera.artgallery@gmail.com .

- Import fees and taxes may apply upon arrival. Libera Art is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs.
